In the second part of the interview, Prof. Dr. John Ionescu turns his attention to integrative oncology — focusing on how his therapeutic models address the tumor microenvironment, oxidative stress, and immune system imbalances. He explains how supportive treatments can enhance conventional therapies like chemotherapy or radiation, reduce side effects, and target the biological terrain in which cancer develops.
Using examples from clinical practice and research, Prof. Dr. Ionescu outlines the potential of antioxidant regulation, metabolic therapy, and detox support as part of a broader, integrative cancer treatment strategy. His goal is clear: to not only treat the disease but to restore systemic balance and improve overall patient outcomes.
